At the West Athens Westmont Task Force, we believe that education and access to resources should not be limited by financial constraints.
Our comprehensive range of services aims to bridge the gap and ensure that underprivileged teens who demonstrate an exceptional level of educational achievement have the opportunity to learn the proper process of acquiring safe driving skills. Our program offers a variety of services to empower young individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds:
1. Online Driver Education Courses: We provide interactive online courses that cover essential driving knowledge, rules, and safety guidelines. This accessible platform allows students to learn at their own pace and convenience.
2. Behind-the-Wheel Training: Our experienced instructors offer personalized driving lessons to instill practical skills and confidence in our students. We prioritize safety and ensure that each student receives hands-on training tailored to their specific needs.
3. DMV Driver Test Services: We assist students in preparing for their DMV driver’s test by conducting mock tests and providing guidance on the requirements and procedures. This support helps them navigate the testing process with ease and increases their chances of success.
4. Learner’s Permits: We facilitate the acquisition of learner’s permits, enabling students to gain valuable practice and experience before taking the final driver’s test. By doing so, we ensure that they develop a solid foundation of driving skills and knowledge.
5. “How to Pass a Driver’s Test Program”: Our program includes specialized training on passing the driver’s test. We equip students with the necessary strategies, tips, and techniques to excel in their examinations, boosting their confidence and chances of success.

Through partnerships like the one with the Honda Corporation, we are able to bridge the financial gap for low-income students, allowing them to access these services FREE of CHARGE.
